PRAISE GOD!!!!!!!!

This just in from Corrie:

Divine appointment

Today we picked up our much coveted visa at the DHL office. DHL in Africa takes 6 days for overnight delivery. Go figure. We had many good laughs.

Had we received our visa yesterday, we would have missed out on my morning machiato *smile*, lunch with a special friend (S.....you will be missed....hope you are home soon), Gadisae finding a house for her family and a divine appointment with an Ethiopian friend on the street who needed immediate medical attention.

Praising God for our visa, praying for a flight out tonight, and grateful for our divine appointment with our Ethiopian friend.

All is well.

I love Ethiopia.

I will miss many people here.

Thank you to everyone who encouraged me to come and see my children's country of birth. Special thanks to my incredible husband who provided this opportunity for me. My son, who took care of the twins for me, and my cousin Alison, for holding my hand through this African journey. I am blessed!

I have had the time of my life!!!!

I hope to return next year.........by boat.
