Nope........we didn't go private because we received our referral....I wish I had some news on the adoption front...but nothing to report....just waiting and waiting and waiting....
With all the talk on the adoption board regarding public blogs....and the fact that an American family lost their referral due to information posted on their blog and our past history with "others" who do not support our plans to adopt.......
all the above influenced my decision to make this blog private. Plus...it gives me more freedom to be open about our daily lives. Not that many will be interested this week.....with the snotty noses...antibiotics....laundry reaching the ceiling....laminate floor lining every hallway of the house....and all that goes with running a household with sick children.....
maybe I will have something more interesting to post next week!
