deep breath.....

okay....took a few deep breaths......
....thought about how far my children have come in the past year.....

.....thought about the circumstances surrounding their birth and first year of life....

....spoke with my ever so wise Ethiopian son.....and realized that camping for a few months with full access to clean water, healthy food, laundry facilities, wireless Internet (smile)...and almost all the conveniences of home will actually be an exciting adventure.

It's all perspective.

I am so thankful that I have these children to remind me how blessed I am.

And....thankful for my sister-in-laws who are laughing hysterically at the thought of nature touching me as I prepare to become a pioneer woman and move west.

Your post has lifted me up today my friend so I thank you! I may need to write
'perspective' in big letters across my wall :). Bless Fikru and his wise heart, he is such an example of God's greatness. Love to you.

What a great attitude. Thank God for our wise Ethiopian children - they have such a different perspective.

Many prayers,
Michelle
